GRAPHIC DESIGN
Graphic design focused on branding, cover art, social graphics, and custom visual assets.
Emotional Gangsta
300 Entertainment, in partnership with Warner Music Group, is a prominent New York-based record label known for developing influential artists across hip hop, rock, and pop. For this project, I was tasked with recreating an album cover for artist Omeretta The Great, ensuring the design aligned with her brand identity while maintaining a fresh and visually compelling interpretation. In addition to the album artwork, I developed a series of merchandise designs that extended the visual concept across physical products, creating a cohesive and marketable brand experience.
To further enhance the campaign, an animated asset was created to support the merchandise and promotional efforts.
Album Cover Concept

Original Omeretta The Great Album Cover
Album Cover Design and Merchandise

The original album cover featured Omeretta gazing into a mirror, accompanied by her name rendered in a lipstick-style script and a neon-inspired album title. Building on these recognizable components, I developed a new visual concept that introduces shattered glass elements to symbolize emotional depth, resilience, and the duality reflected in the album’s title.
In the redesigned cover, fragments of broken mirror are layered across the composition, partially obscuring and reflecting the artist’s face, with a prominent shard positioned over her eye. This treatment enhances the narrative of vulnerability and strength, suggesting themes of self-reflection, transformation, and empowerment. The neon typography and bold color palette were retained and refined to maintain brand continuity while delivering a fresh and dramatic interpretation of the original design.
The final result is a visually compelling album cover that honors the essence of the original artwork while introducing a more dynamic and symbolic storytelling approach.
